Marketing Head - At Propacity

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune (Work from Office)

Department: Marketing

Experience: 3-4 yrs (Preferred: Marketing Agency Background)

We partner with leading real estate developers to create impactful campaigns, generate quality leads, and build strong digital experiences.We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Head – At Propacity who can lead our marketing function, manage a high-performing team, and drive end-to-end marketing growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced marketing leader with a strong marketing agency background who has successfully built, managed, or scaled marketing teams and handled complete marketing operations.The ideal candidate should have experience leading teams, managing clients, maintaining high-quality output, building marketing strategies, and driving execution across multiple projects.A candidate who has founded or previously run their own marketing agency will be highly preferred, as we value entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, client understanding, team building ability, and the ability to create scalable marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Marketing Leadership

Own and lead the complete marketing function for the Agency Vertical.
Develop and execute marketing strategies across branding, digital marketing, content, social media, performance marketing, and campaigns.
Drive marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.
Build scalable processes, systems, and workflows for efficient marketing operations.
Ensure campaigns meet quality, creativity, and business objectives.

Team Management & Leadership

Lead, manage, mentor, and grow a team of marketing professionals across content, design, social media, performance marketing, and creative functions.
Assign responsibilities, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery.
Review team output and maintain high standards of quality.
Build a strong creative and performance-driven culture.
Conduct performance reviews and support team development.

Agency Operations & Client Management

Manage multiple client projects and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Understand client goals and convert requirements into effective marketing strategies.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality checks.

Creative Direction & Brand Building

Provide strategic creative direction across campaigns.
Have a strong eye for design, aesthetics, branding, and storytelling.
Work closely with creative teams to develop impactful campaigns.
Identify new trends, platforms, and opportunities to improve marketing outcomes

.Requirements

3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a digital marketing/creative agency background.
Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams.
Experience handling multiple clients, campaigns, and marketing projects.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content, social media, and performance marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Excellent execution ability with attention to detail.
Strong creative thinking and design sense.Highly Preferred
Has founded, co-founded, or independently run a marketing agency.
