Full job description

Lumirise Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Accounts & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling GST and statutory filings, managing receivables/payables, and supporting financial controls within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle vendor invoice processing including verification and PO–Invoice–GRN three-way matching
Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers regularly
Pass journal entries such as provisions, accruals, and depreciation
Prepare debit and credit notes as required
Update offline bills and payment entries in Tally/ERP systems
Monitor and record offline cash receipts and ensure proper control
Perform weekly cash voucher reconciliation and track discrepancies
Generate and analyze receivables and payables aging reports and coordinate with sales and purchase teams for follow-ups
Ensure timely GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings and reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B
Manage statutory compliance including ESI, PF, Professional Tax, and TDS payments and returns
Handle e-invoicing compliance and ensure adherence to statutory regulations
Support monthly financial closure including inventory valuation (RM & FG), WIP valuation, COGS calculation, and variance analysis
Coordinate with stores, sales, and purchase teams for accurate financial data
Process payroll entries in ERP systems
Submit stock statements to banks as required
Prepare management reports including customer-wise revenue and vendor-wise spend analysis
Handle quarterly and annual compliance such as TDS returns (24Q, 26Q), MSME filings, and GST annual returns (GSTR-9 & 9C)
Support internal audits and maintain asset register periodically
Manage documentation, filing, and records for audits and compliance
Work on Bitrix or similar tools for task tracking and reporting
Act as backup support during team member absence and ensure continuity of operations

Key Performance Expectations:

Ensure 100% on-time statutory filings (GST, PF, ESI, TDS)
Maintain vendor invoice processing cycle within 2 days
Achieve accurate monthly closure with minimal inventory variance (<2%)
Ensure zero penalties in statutory compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
Provide seamless backup support and avoid operational delays

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
2–6 years of experience in accounts and compliance (manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
Experience in handling accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems (Bitrix preferred)
Good understanding of inventory accounting and financial reporting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
