Job Title: Export Business Development Manager - Cast Iron Products

About Shivalay Exim

Shivalay Exim is an export-oriented company based in Rajkot, focused on developing and expanding international business opportunities. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Export Manager to manage export operations, develop overseas markets, and strengthen relationships with international clients.

Position Summary

Can you open new international markets and convert buyers into long-term customers?

We are looking for a results-driven Export Business Development Manager to expand our global presence in the cast iron industry.

Cast Iron Cookware

Automotive Components (Brake Drums, Rotors, Cylinder Liners & Sleeves)

Cast Iron Decorative Products (Railings, Fences, Garden Furniture)

Manhole Covers & Municipal Castings

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new export markets across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
Generate qualified leads and build relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, OEMs, and project buyers.
Convert inquiries into profitable export orders.
Develop dealer and distributor networks in target countries.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth.
Negotiate commercial terms and manage key customer relationships.
Achieve export sales targets and drive business expansion.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in export sales, export documentation, international business, or export operations.
Strong knowledge of export procedures and international trade documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B international sales.
Familiarity with global sourcing platforms and export marketing.
Knowledge of Incoterms, international payment methods, and logistics processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Full-time, in-office position in Rajkot
Air-conditioned office environment
Dedicated office workspace

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
Timing: [9-5]

Ideal Candidate

Proven track record in international sales and export business development.
Experience in castings, automotive components, industrial products, building materials, cookware, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of export documentation, logistics, and international trade.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Existing network of overseas buyers and distributors will be an advantage.
