Initial Engagement: Three-month contract, with potential for a long-term role

About the Company

We are a Singapore-headquartered international B2B trading company.

Our business covers wood products, building materials, industrial raw materials and agricultural commodities. We work with customers, suppliers, agencies and business partners across multiple international markets.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to coordinate our digital marketing activities, manage external agency relationships and ensure that marketing efforts support measurable business growth.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will act as the internal owner of the company’s digital marketing function.

The role will involve coordinating with existing and future external agencies, monitoring agreed deliverables and KPIs, managing digital assets, supporting B2B lead generation and providing clear performance reporting to management.

This is not purely a social media content role. It requires a combination of digital marketing, project management, analytics, agency coordination and commercial thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of coordination between management, internal teams and external marketing agencies.
Monitor agency contracts, scopes of work, timelines, deliverables and agreed KPIs.
Conduct regular agency reviews and follow up on delayed or incomplete work.
Manage the digital content calendar across LinkedIn, website, email and other relevant platforms.
Review content, campaigns, creative work and marketing reports before approval.
Coordinate website updates, SEO, landing pages, analytics and digital campaigns.
Support LinkedIn outreach, email marketing and B2B lead-generation initiatives.
Review prospect databases, campaign responses and the quality of leads generated.
Ensure that marketing leads and enquiries are properly documented and shared with the relevant sales teams.
Maintain proper control and documentation of company digital assets, including websites, hosting, WordPress, Google platforms, social media accounts, databases and creative files.
Ensure the company retains appropriate owner or administrator access to all digital platforms.
Maintain a central shared repository for marketing materials, reports, credentials, brand assets and campaign records.
Prepare monthly performance reports covering KPIs, website traffic, SEO, lead generation, campaign results and agency performance.
Identify gaps, recommend corrective actions and improve marketing processes.
Support trade-show promotion, new-market campaigns and international business-development initiatives.
Explore suitable AI, automation, CRM and reporting tools to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

At least five years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or marketing operations.
Demonstrated experience managing external agencies, vendors or freelancers.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.
Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, SEO and website analytics.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and common marketing platforms.
Strong project-management, organisational and follow-up skills.
Ability to interpret contracts, scopes of work and performance reports.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with international teams.

Experience in international trade, export-import, manufacturing, industrial products, building materials or commodities would be an advantage.

Improving visibility over website, SEO, social media and lead-generation performance.
Organising and safeguarding all company digital assets and access rights.
Improving the quality and tracking of B2B leads.
Reducing the time senior management spends coordinating day-to-day marketing work.
