Zentora Global is a business operations firm supporting US-based clients. We are hiring a Billing and Administrative Assistant to work on our US behavioral health client account.

This is not a call-center seat. You will work directly with our client's operations team, own a defined set of responsibilities, and communicate in writing with US-based professionals every day. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Billing and Revenue Cycle Support

- Support Medicaid claims submission and follow-up

- Track claim status, denials, and resubmissions

Bookkeeping

- Maintain records in QuickBooks (invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliation)

- Bank and credit card reconciliation

- Monthly reporting support

Administrative and Compliance Support

- Maintain provider files and documentation

- Track document expirations (licenses, insurance certificates, clearances) and follow up BEFORE they lapse

- Chase missing paperwork from US-based providers by email

- Data entry into client systems

- Build and maintain trackers in Google Sheets

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1 to 3 years of experience in US healthcare billing, medical billing, RCM, AR calling, or accounts receivable

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (actual hands-on use, not just a certificate)

- Excellent written English. You will email US clinicians and agency staff directly, so your writing must be clear and professional with correct grammar.

- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

- Ability to work US shift hours with Eastern Time overlap

- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work-from-home setup with power backup

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business, or a related field

- Medicaid, Medicare, or US insurance payer experience

- Denial management or authorization experience

- Experience with EMR, CRM, or practice management software

- Experience working directly with US clients (not through a large BPO layer)
