Internal Operations & Quality Auditor (Remote)

Company: Manan Business Sales

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Melbourne Time)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us

Manan Business Sales is one of Australia’s growing business brokerage firms, helping business owners buy and sell businesses across multiple industries. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and analytical Internal Operations & Quality Auditor to ensure every department consistently follows company policies, KPIs, and quality standards.

This is a key management support role responsible for auditing our operations, identifying weaknesses, improving performance, and ensuring accountability across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Audit

* Audit all social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

* Review content quality, branding, consistency and engagement.

* Analyse platform algorithms and recommend improvements.

* Ensure all posts meet company standards before and after publishing.

* Monitor posting schedules and content quality.

2. SEO & Website Audit

* Audit website performance and SEO activities.

* Review keywords, backlinks, Google rankings and optimisation.

* Ensure SEO tasks are completed according to company KPIs.

* Review website updates and recommend improvements.

* Monitor website performance against competitors.

3. Competitor Analysis

* Analyse competing business brokerage companies.

* Compare business listings, descriptions, pricing strategies and marketing techniques.

* Review competitors’ social media content, websites and advertising.

* Prepare reports identifying opportunities for improvement.

* Recommend strategies to keep Manan Business Sales ahead of competitors.

4. Media Team Audit

* Audit posters, graphics, videos and promotional content.

* Ensure all content follows company branding and quality standards.

* Review video production schedules and completion.

* Verify that marketing materials are accurate, professional and consistent.

5. Vendor Team Audit

* Listen to sales calls every day, including:

* Calls under 1 minute

* Calls between 1–5 minutes

* Calls over 10 minutes

* Evaluate communication skills, professionalism and compliance.

* Ensure staff follow company sales procedures.

* Verify CRM notes, reminders and follow-up tasks are completed correctly.

* Audit KPI performance including calls, follow-ups and listings.

6. Buyer Team Audit

* Audit buyer enquiries and follow-up procedures.

* Review number of outbound calls and buyer inspections.

* Check CRM notes and reminder quality.

* Ensure company procedures are followed.

* Monitor KPI achievement and reporting accuracy.

7. Admin Department Audit

* Audit document management and filing systems.

* Ensure files are stored securely.

* Verify CRM data accuracy.

* Review task completion and administrative processes.

* Ensure compliance with company procedures.

8. Bookkeeper Audit

* Review bookkeeping processes for accuracy and completeness.

* Ensure financial records are organised and maintained correctly.

* Verify documentation follows company procedures.

* Report any discrepancies or process improvements.

9. Customer Enquiry Audit

* Audit staff handling vendor and buyer enquiries.

* Review response times, professionalism and follow-up quality.

* Ensure every enquiry is recorded correctly in the CRM.

* Monitor customer service standards.

10. Compliance & Quality Control

* Audit every department weekly.

* Measure staff performance against KPIs.

* Identify training requirements.

* Prepare weekly audit reports and scorecards for management.

* Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

* Ensure all employees comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

* Previous experience in auditing, operations or quality assurance.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Experience using CRM systems.

* Knowledge of SEO, websites and digital marketing.

* Understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Work Requirements

* Remote work position.

* Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Melbourne Time).

* High-speed internet connection.

* Camera must remain switched on during working hours.

* Screen sharing is compulsory while working.

* Daily communication with management is required.

* Maintain strict confidentiality of all company information.
