Job Posting: E-Commerce Coordinator

Location: Remote (US Work Shifts)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence. This full-time remote role, aligned with US business hours, will focus on overseeing our Shopify store and coordinating Kickstarter campaigns from pre-launch preparation through live campaign management and post-launch follow-up. The coordinator will also be responsible for handling marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, SmartPush, and Soro, and for coordinating directly with external agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

Take full responsibility for the operational setup and management of the Shopify store.
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, policies, shipping, taxes, and inventory.
Configure and maintain store settings such as payment gateways, discount codes, and customer policies.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store by handling updates, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Monitor analytics, sales performance, and customer feedback to identify improvements.
Collaborate with other teams for content and design inputs while owning backend operations and configurations.

Kickstarter Campaign Coordination

Use the company’s Kickstarter account to set up and launch new campaigns.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure campaign pages are complete and ready.
Manage campaign logistics: scheduling, reward tiers, updates, and compliance with Kickstarter rules.
Communicate with backers during live campaigns (updates, responses, clarifications).
Coordinate directly with external agencies (e.g., LaunchBoom) — including calls, emails, and follow-ups — to resolve doubts, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth execution.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports to the team.
Support post-launch activities such as backer communication and fulfillment coordination.

Digital Tools & Platform Management

Operate and manage e-commerce and marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, SmartPush, and Soro.
Handle platform settings, scheduling, and publishing workflows.
Review outputs for accuracy and alignment with campaign goals.
Track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide reports to the team.
Coordinate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure platform activity supports overall strategy.

General E-Commerce Support

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain account health.
Provide clear reporting on sales, campaign progress, and tool performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience managing Shopify operations end-to-end.
Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, SmartPush, Soro, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and campaign data.
Excellent communication skills, including comfort with external calls and agency coordination.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks across time zones.
Comfortable working remotely during US business hours.
