Compensation: ₹6,000,000 – ₹1,500,000 CTC + Performance Incentives

As a Key Account Manager, you won't be pushing paper or managing bloated recruiter headcount. You will step into the arena as a trusted talent advisor to high-growth startup founders, using AI-driven tools to close mission-critical roles. If you love the high-velocity "hustle" of closing candidates but want modern AI tools, direct access to founders, and uncapped financial upside—this is your platform.

Candidate Qualification Framework

Must-Have Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

2–5 Years of Full-Cycle Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated track record of owning recruitment mandates end-to-end (from client briefing and passive candidate outreach to offer negotiation and closing).
Consultative DNA: Proven capability to push back on clients/founders, advise on talent availability, and proactively re-strategize target company pools when mandates stall.
Command of Modern Sourcing Avenues: Native fluency with passive sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Job Portals) and internal candidate databases.
Founder-Level Communication: Crisp, articulate written and verbal communication. You can break down complex startup value propositions to candidate prospects seamlessly.
Hustler's Mindset: High agency, strong personal accountability, and a preference for direct hands-on execution (Individual Contributor role) over people-management bloat.

Good-to-Have Criteria (Bonus Points)

High-Ticket Mandate Closures: Track record of closing candidates in the ₹25–35+ LPA compensation band.
Dual-Track Sourcing Experience: Exposure to closing both tech (Platform, Backend, DevOps) and non-tech executive (Head of Growth, Marketing, Product) roles.
Startup/Agency Background: Previous experience working within high-velocity talent agencies or venture-backed tech startups.
Early Sourcing Tool Adoption: Prior hands-on usage of Weekday's platform or similar AI-assisted recruitment tools.

What Your First 90 Days Look Like

[Day 1–30: Integration & Tooling]

Shadow senior Account Managers on live founder syncs.
Onboard onto Weekday's proprietary AI database & outreach tools.
Co-pilot active mandates for portfolio startups.

[Day 31–60: Full Portfolio Ownership]

Take sole ownership of a designated portfolio of startup accounts.
Lead check-in calls directly with Founders and Hiring Managers.
Manage end-to-end candidate pipelines & stage transitions.

[Day 61–90+: Revenue Engine]

Own portfolio-level revenue and closing targets.
Re-align specs and strategy for complex/hard-to-fill roles.
Scale your personal earnings via uncapped contingency commissions.
