As we scale globally, we’re looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can build strategic customer relationships while driving revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, developing strategic partnerships, and building a strong sales pipeline across blockchain, cybersecurity, and emerging technology solutions. This role requires a consultative sales professional with experience selling complex B2B technology solutions to enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical understanding and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, blockchain, or enterprise technology.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Generation

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

· Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

· Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.

· Drive predictable quarterly and annual revenue growth.

Business Development

· Identify new market opportunities across enterprise, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, government, and Web3 sectors.

· Develop relationships with C-level executives, CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, and technology leaders.

· Build strategic partnerships with system integrators, technology partners, and channel partners.

· Represent the company at industry conferences, cybersecurity events, and blockchain forums.

Solution Selling

· Understand customer business challenges and position cybersecurity and blockchain solutions accordingly.

· Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling solution proposals and demonstrations.

· Manage RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement processes.

· Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.

Customer Success & Account Growth

· Build long-term customer relationships focused on retention and expansion.

· Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

· Ensure smooth customer onboarding alongside delivery and technical teams.

· Maintain executive-level engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

Sales Leadership

· Mentor junior sales professionals as the team grows.

· Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback.

· Contribute to pricing strategies and go-to-market planning.

· Maintain accurate forecasting using CRM tools.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· 5–10 years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience.

· At least 4–5 years selling cybersecurity, blockchain, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.

· Demonstrated success in achieving annual sales quotas.

· Experience managing enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

· Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

· Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Preferred Experience

· Experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as IAM, SIEM, SOC services, Zero Trust, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, or Managed Security Services.

· Understanding of blockchain technologies including enterprise blockchain, digital identity, smart contracts, tokenization, or decentralized applications.

· Existing network with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise decision-makers.

· Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
