SEO Expert (Mid/Senior Level)

Company: Paradiso Solutions (Product-Based SaaS Company)

Department: Digital Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: Based on experience and skills

Location: Permanent Work From Home

Reporting To: Digital Marketing Manager

Working Days : Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday

Timings - 9 am to 7 pm

We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert to drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and generate qualified leads through advanced SEO strategies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Expert with strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, keyword strategy, and SEO analytics. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete SEO lifecycle—from technical audits and website optimization to content strategy, backlink acquisition, AI-powered SEO workflows, and performance reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEO

Own the technical SEO health of the website, including crawlability, indexation, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, log file analysis, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonicalization.
Diagnose and resolve crawl errors, redirect chains, duplicate content, broken links, orphan pages, and indexing issues using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Semrush/Ahrefs.
Monitor and improve website architecture and technical performance for better search engine visibility.

Front-End & Website Optimization

Write and edit HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to implement SEO recommendations and landing page improvements.
Collaborate with designers and developers to build responsive, fast-loading, SEO-friendly web pages and templates.
Optimize website performance for Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed.

Schema Markup

Create, implement, validate, and maintain Schema.org / JSON-LD structured data, including Organization, Product, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb, Course, Review, and other relevant schema types.
Test and troubleshoot structured data using Google's Rich Results Test and Schema Markup Validator.
Monitor schema performance through Google Search Console.

On-Page SEO

Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image SEO, internal linking, and landing pages.
Perform content gap analysis and build topical authority strategies.
Support content teams with SEO briefs and optimize existing content for higher search visibility and conversions.

Off-Page SEO

Plan and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, digital PR, business listings, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct backlink audits, competitor backlink analysis, and toxic link removal.
Improve domain authority through sustainable off-page SEO initiatives.

SEO Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain SEO performance reports using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, user engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team and stakeholders.

AI SEO & Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and evolving search trends.
Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar to improve SEO research, content optimization, and workflow efficiency.
Optimize content for AI search experiences, including AI Overviews, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results.
Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
Proven experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations.
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, topical authority, and content optimization.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Practical experience implementing Schema.org / JSON-LD structured data.
Proficiency with:
Google Search Console
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Semrush or Ahrefs
Screaming Frog
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a SaaS or Product-Based company.
Understanding of AI Search, AEO, GEO, and E-E-A-T principles.
Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization.
Familiarity with Git or version control.
Google Analytics or Semrush certification is an added advantage.
