Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Printing and Signage industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial printing, digital printing, large-format printing, signage solutions, branding, and display products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, retail, hospitality, construction, and commercial sectors.
Promote and sell printing and signage solutions, including:
Digital Printing
Offset Printing
Large Format Printing
Indoor & Outdoor Signage
Vehicle Graphics & Wraps
Exhibition Displays
Acrylic Signage
LED Sign Boards
Banners, Stickers & Vinyl Graphics
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Meet customers to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure timely project execution.
Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 2years of sales experience in the Printing & Signage industry
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
Strong knowledge of printing materials, signage products, branding solutions, and production processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid driving license is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Existing client network within the printing, advertising, branding, or signage industry is an advantage.
Experience in estimating print and signage projects will be an added advantage.

Location: PTC Tower , SS Kovil Road, Thiruvananthapuram University, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
