Role Overview
Vishya Learning Solutions is looking for an 4 to 5 years of relevant experienced E-Learning Content Designer who can independently own the end-to-end development of high-quality corporate learning content. The ideal candidate will combine strong instructional/content design skills with hands-on expertise in visual design, presentation development, video editing, animation, and modern e-learning authoring tools.
Primary focus: End-to-end e-learning content design, instructional structuring, visual design, development, and quality assurance. Video editing and advanced multimedia tools are valued as additional capabilities, not primary selection criteria.
Key Responsibilities
·Own the end-to-end design and development of corporate e-learning content—from requirement understanding and storyboarding to final production and delivery.
·Translate complex business, technical, process, and domain information into clear, engaging, learner-centric digital learning experiences.
·Create high-quality storyboards, instructional flows, screen designs, narration scripts, interactions, assessments, and supporting learning assets.
·Design polished PowerPoint-based learning content, visual explainers, infographics, diagrams, icons, and presentation assets aligned to corporate standards.
·Develop and edit professional learning videos, including screen recordings, voice-over integration, motion graphics, transitions, captions, audio cleanup, and final mastering.
·Build or support interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent platforms.
·Create learner interactions such as click-to-reveal, tabs, scenarios, simulations, quizzes, knowledge checks, branching, and other appropriate instructional elements.
·Work with subject-matter experts, project managers, instructional designers, voice-over artists, and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve content gaps.
·Apply adult-learning principles, instructional design best practices, visual hierarchy, accessibility considerations, and corporate branding consistently.
·Review and quality-check content for instructional accuracy, visual consistency, language, functionality, timing, narration synchronization, and technical compatibility.
·Manage revisions efficiently and incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
·Stay current with emerging e-learning, AI-assisted content creation, video, animation, and digital learning production tools.
Required Expertise
·Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end corporate e-learning content design and development.
·Strong hands-on experience in storyboarding, instructional content structuring, visual communication, and learning experience design.
·Strong PowerPoint expertise, including advanced slide design, animations, transitions, diagrams, infographics, and presentation storytelling.
·Video editing capability is an added advantage, including cutting, sequencing, audio handling, subtitles/captions, transitions, effects, and export optimization.
·Practical experience with one or more e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.
·Strong understanding of instructional design principles and the ability to select the right learning treatment for different content types.
·Ability to independently manage a project from brief to final deliverable with limited supervision.
·Excellent visual sense, attention to detail, typography/layout discipline, and consistency in corporate branding.
·Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
Added-Value: Multimedia, Video & Technology Skills
·E-Learning Authoring: Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.
·Presentation & Visual Design: Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or equivalent.
·Video & Motion (Added Value): Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
·Audio (Added Value): Adobe Audition, Audacity, or equivalent.
·Supporting/AI Tools (Added Value): Experience with AI-assisted content, image, voice, video, or productivity tools is an advantage.
Quality Assurance & Review
· Take ownership of final quality sign-off readiness—not only designing the content, but ensuring the completed deliverable is production-ready.
· Identify defects clearly, track corrections, conduct rechecks, and provide actionable feedback to designers, developers, editors, or other contributors.
· Validate e-learning functionality, navigation, interactions, assessments, media synchronization, links, captions, audio, and publishing/output settings.
· Review content for accuracy, completeness, consistency, grammar, terminology, instructional logic, visual alignment, animation behavior, and learner usability.
· Perform structured quality checks before delivery and after revisions to ensure all learning assets meet project specifications and Vishya Learning quality standards.
Preferred Experience
·Experience creating learning content for BFSI, consulting, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, education, or other corporate domains.
·Experience working on compliance, process, product, soft-skills, leadership, technical, or professional learning programs.
·Exposure to LMS standards and delivery formats such as SCORM/xAPI and basic understanding of LMS publishing requirements.
·Portfolio demonstrating corporate e-learning modules, storyboards, PowerPoint learning assets, edited videos, motion graphics, or interactive learning experiences.
Education & Experience
·Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, Education, English, Technology, or a related discipline.
·Typically 3–6+ years of relevant professional experience in e-learning, digital learning, content design, multimedia, instructional design, or a closely related role.
·Candidates with strong portfolios and demonstrable end-to-end expertise may be considered based on capability.
Working Hours & Shift Structure
The standard office schedule is Monday to Saturday, with every 3rd Saturday as a holiday. General office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. An alternate shift operates from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. The applicable shift will be switched for the individual on a month-on-month basis.
