Assistant Manager – Administration & Front Office

M/s Avantika Interior Systems Pvt Limited is a leading interior design and contracting company with offices at Kochi and Trivandrum. Company has been in this field for more than 26 years and has a client list that includes many Fortune 500 companies. The company provides ample opportunities for learning, earning and growing and is run and managed by a team of professionals.

Job Summary:

Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner,

Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry protocols
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Support travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
Oversee daily office operations
Act as a point of contact between departments for administrative needs
Assist HR/Admin in employee-related coordination
Monitor housekeeping and ensure office cleanliness and upkeep
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and utilities

Required Experience:

· 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Building / Interior Industry.

· Experience in leading and managing the administrative department.

· Well versed in MS Office Suite.

· Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.

· Salary Package: Rs. 2.7 lakhs – 3.0 lakhs per Annum

· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

· Location: Trivandrum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
