The New Product Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new jewellery products for Titan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewellery design and manufacturing, as well as experience in project management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and marketing to develop new product concepts

Manage the entire product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Conduct regular product reviews and make necessary adjustments to meet market demands

Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source materials and negotiate pricing

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform product development strategies

Train and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and development
