Company Description Express Parcel Services Pvt. Ltd. (EPS) is a global logistics, cargo, and courier solutions provider supporting businesses and individuals with efficient international shipping. The company specializes in international courier services, ocean and air freight, e-commerce logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment with end-to-end support from pickup and documentation to customs coordination and final delivery. EPS operates a nationwide pickup network across India and maintains a strong UK presence through EPS Worldwide Limited in London, offering customs brokerage, last-mile delivery, and international logistics coordination. Backed by IATA and FIATA affiliations, CHA expertise in India, and customs brokerage capabilities in London, EPS ensures compliant, reliable, and transparent cross-border movements. The team focuses on cost-effective, customer-first shipping solutions tailored to varied needs, including commercial cargo, e-commerce orders, personal effects, and time-sensitive consignments.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Import Executive role based in New Delhi. The Import Executive will coordinate end-to-end import operations, including shipment planning, documentation, and tracking to ensure timely and compliant deliveries. Daily responsibilities include liaising with customers, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to manage import clearances, resolve operational issues, and maintain up-to-date shipment status. The role involves preparing and reviewing import documents, monitoring regulatory requirements, and ensuring adherence to customs and trade compliance standards. The Import Executive will also handle customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, support export-related activities when required, and contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Import and Import Logistics processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or courier operations is preferred.
Familiarity with customs regulations, INCO terms, and related statutory requirements.
Experience in filing Bills of Entry through the ECCS portal.
Ability to prepare and process duty bills and coordinate with clients for duty payments.
Experience in obtaining and maintaining KYC documentation required for customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
Ability to maintain accurate digital records of KYC documents, Bills of Entry, duty bills, manifests, and other shipment-related documentation.
Proficiency with MS Office and basic logistics/ERP or shipment-tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Fluent in English.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
