Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate with 4–6 years of experience who can take ownership of marketing initiatives across social media, events, brand communications, content creation, advertising creatives, and marketing collateral.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution—someone equally comfortable coordinating a photoshoot, designing a campaign brief, planning an event, managing social media, and working with designers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management (Core Focus)
- Own and manage BeyondSkool’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and publish social media content including reels, posts, stories, carousels, and videos.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and internal teams to create engaging content.
- Monitor engagement, audience growth, and platform performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities for organic growth.
2. Events & Activations (Core Focus)
- Plan and execute school events, exhibitions, workshops, conferences, teacher trainings, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage event branding, marketing communication, registrations, promotional campaigns, and post-event reporting.
- Support field marketing initiatives and school engagement activities.
- Ensure all events reflect the BeyondSkool brand and experience standards.
3. Brand & Marketing Collateral
- Coordinate the creation of brochures, flyers, presentations, standees, banners, billboards, event branding, and other marketing materials.
- Work with designers and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Support the development of sales enablement materials and school-facing collateral.
4. Creative Production & Content Development
- Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, testimonials, case studies, and promotional content.
- Develop creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
- Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and content planning for digital campaigns.
- Ensure high-quality visual and written communication across all marketing channels.
5. Digital Marketing Support
- Support the planning and execution of Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to develop campaign creatives and landing page content.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
6. Content & Communications
- Assist in creating marketing content including blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, website content, and social media copy.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across all communication channels.
- Support public relations, partnership announcements, and company communications when required.
7. Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with design agencies, printers, production vendors, event partners, photographers, and freelancers.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, quotations, and quality control.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
8. Reporting & Analytics
- Track performance of social media, events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and dashboards.
- Measure engagement, reach, leads generated, event participation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Use insights to continuously improve marketing performance.
Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience
- 4–6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Social Media, Events, or Integrated Marketing.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Schools, Training, or Service-based industries will be preferred.

- Experience managing events, activations, and marketing campaigns.
