Job Title: Branch Sales Manager – Housing & LAP Sales

Location:Delhi NCR

Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager (BSM) – Housing & LAP Sales will be responsible for driving business growth of Home Loans and Loan Against Property products at the branch level. This role involves leading a team of sales executives, developing channel partners, achieving sales targets, ensuring quality sourcing, and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Drive business volumes for Housing Loans and Loan Against Property.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets as per organizational plans.
Identify and build relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other channel partners.
Conduct sales activities like loan melas, promotional events, and property exhibitions.

Team Management:

Manage and motivate a team of sales officers/executives.
Ensure productivity and target achievement of the team.
Provide training, support, and mentorship to the team members.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan cycle.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

Credit & Risk Coordination:

Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing.
Ensure compliance with all credit policies and documentation standards.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to senior management.
Gather market insights to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Key Requirements:

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience: 5–8 years in Housing Loan/LAP sales, with at least 2 years in a team-handling role.
Industry: NBFCs / Banks / HFCs
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of home loan/LAP products and local real estate market
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship-building and networking ability
- Target orientation and result-driven approach
