We're Hiring: E-commerce Executive

Location: Karkardooma, East Delhi (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)
Working Days: Monday–Friday + Alternate Saturdays (Half Day)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Friday) | 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays)

About LuxuryKase

LuxuryKase is a fast-growing mobile accessories brand selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Shopify. We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive who is passionate about eCommerce and wants to build a long-term career in the industry.

You will work directly with the Founder and gain hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, inventory, suppliers, AI-powered workflows, digital marketing, and business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Shopify.
Create, update, and optimize product listings.
Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues.
Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content.
Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve account and listing-related issues.

Inventory & Supplier Management

Monitor inventory across all marketplaces.
Prepare inventory replenishment reports and demand forecasts.
Coordinate with suppliers for production, purchase orders, and deliveries.
Negotiate with suppliers to reduce product costs and improve profit margins.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely stock availability and dispatch.

Pricing & Business Operations

Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends.
Update pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
Assist in launching new products and marketplace campaigns.

Advertising Support

Basic understanding of Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products & Sponsored Brands).
Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Coordinate with the marketing team or agency to improve campaign performance.
Review advertising reports and help optimize ROAS, ACOS, and overall performance.

AI & Content Creation

Use AI tools like ChatGPT and AI image-generation platforms to create product images, banners, infographics, and eCommerce creatives.
Generate SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and marketing content using AI.
Create promotional creatives for marketplaces and social media.
Stay updated with the latest AI tools to improve productivity and business efficiency.

Operations & Reporting

Track daily orders, shipments, returns, cancellations, and RTO.
Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouse teams, suppliers, and customer support.
Prepare daily sales, inventory, and business reports.
Maintain Excel and Google Sheets dashboards.
Identify operational issues and recommend solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace operations (preferred).
Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Familiarity with Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and Shopify is an advantage.
Basic understanding of Amazon Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI image-generation platforms.
Basic photo editing skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.
Excellent follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
