About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Brand & Growth Manager to lead on-ground marketing and brand-building efforts for HealthSy Pharmacy. This role is primarily focused on executing store launch campaigns, driving local visibility, and building strong community presence across locations.

You will work closely with vendors, doctors, and internal teams to plan and execute hyperlocal marketing initiatives that directly impact store footfall and customer engagement. The role requires a strong execution mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Store Launch & Local Marketing

Plan and execute end-to-end store launch campaigns for new outlets
Design and manage flyers, standees, posters, and branding materials
Drive local area activations to increase awareness and walk-ins
Own the launch calendar and marketing budgets across multiple locations

Community & Healthcare Partnerships

Build and manage doctor-clinic engagement programs to drive referrals
Execute apartment and community-level promotions
Plan and coordinate medical camps and health initiatives
Maintain a strong network/database of local partners for repeat engagement

Brand Compliance & Vendor Management

Ensure consistent brand execution across all stores
Manage vendors for printing, signage, and outdoor advertising
Oversee hoardings, banners, and local ad placements
Negotiate vendor contracts and optimize cost efficiency

Process & Future Expansion Support

Create and refine standard processes for store launch marketing and local campaigns
Build reusable templates for flyers, activations, and branding materials
Contribute to developing marketing guidelines for future franchise stores
Ensure consistency in execution as the business scales to new locations

Strategy, Reporting & Team

Track key metrics like footfall, cost-per-launch, and campaign ROI
Identify new hyperlocal marketing channels to expand reach
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with store performance

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of experience in brand, retail, or field marketing
Proven track record of driving store footfall and executing on-ground campaigns
Strong experience in store launches, local activations, and hyperlocal marketing
Ability to manage multiple locations, campaigns, and budgets simultaneously
Hands-on experience in vendor management, negotiation, and execution quality control
Strong ownership mindset with focus on results (walk-ins, visibility, ROI)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (doctors, vendors, communities)
High attention to detail in branding and execution consistency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground role (70% execution)
Willingness to travel locally and manage field activities regularly
Must be based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate
