Key Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Manage and develop the given regional territory, maintaining relationships with partners and customers to drive business growth.

Act as the primary point of contact for partners and customers within the region, ensuring their inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to capitalize on business opportunities.

Inquiry and Renewal Management:

Handle incoming sales inquiries, renewals, and other customer requests efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide timely pricing, quotations, and technical support to field sales representatives to facilitate smooth sales transactions. Ensure all renewal opportunities are identified and addressed well in advance, preventing churn and securing continuous business from existing customers.

Outbound Sales Engagement:

Proactively reach out to partners and customers through outbound sales calls, focusing on driving business for assigned products and solutions. Make a defined number of calls each day to promote Technobind's offerings, understand customer needs, and create demand for the assigned business vertical.

Nurture relationships with potential new customers and partners, driving customer acquisition and partner recruitment efforts. Demand Generation and Pipeline Management:

Execute the demand generation plan on a weekly basis, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities and leads. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the sales pipeline, ensuring that all stages of the sales cycle are tracked and reported.

Work closely with Outbound Sales Representatives (OSRs), Product Managers (PMs), and Business Managers (BMs) to align on sales strategies and ensure all leads are followed up.

Quota Attainment and Reporting: Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets by generating sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and partner engagement.

Maintain detailed records of quota attainment, funnel, and pipeline for the assigned business, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Report weekly on sales performance, quota attainment, activities performed, and progress on key initiatives, ensuring visibility into the sales efforts.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Participate in daily sync-up calls with OSRs, PMs, and BMs to review sales activities, align on priorities, and strategize on opportunities. Work closely with the regional sales teams and field reps to provide them with the necessary information and support to close deals and meet targets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions to customers and partners.

New Customer Acquisition and Partner Recruitment: Identify and target potential new customers within the territory, engaging them through outbound calls and other sales activities. Recruit and onboard new partners to expand reach and increase the partner network for the assigned business.

Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, opportunities generated, and status updates for each partner and customer. Ensure all data is accurately captured in the CRM system for reporting and analysis purposes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the IT products distribution sector.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to partners and customers.

Sales Aptitude: Strong sales acumen, with a proven ability to generate leads, manage relationships, and close deals. Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.

Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.

Team Player: A collaborative approach with the ability to work seamlessly with other team members, including OSRs, PMs, and BMs.

Technology Savvy: Familiarity with IT products and distribution channels, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Record-Keeping: Strong organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate records of sales activities, funnel, pipeline, and quota attainment.
