With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our sales team and looking for dynamic professionals to drive business growth across both B2B and B2C markets.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Officer to develop new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and increase sales across industrial, commercial, and residential markets.

The role involves handling both B2B and B2C sales by working with dealers, distributors, manufacturers, contractors, builders, architects, fabricators, industrial customers, commercial establishments, and individual clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for field sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, manufacturers, fabricators, contractors, builders, architects, project consultants, industrial customers, commercial establishments, and homeowners.

Generate qualified sales leads through market visits, customer referrals, networking, and field marketing activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, channel partners, contractors, architects, and key customers.

Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Promote Lakshmi Shutter products and services across residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Prepare quotations, proposals, project estimates, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.

Follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed sales orders.

Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and local marketing campaigns.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and CRM records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market intelligence reports, and business development updates.

Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets assigned by management.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience & Skills

Experience in B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Field Sales, Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Project Sales, Industrial Sales, Manufacturing Sales, Construction Sales, or Building Material Sales.

Strong business development, lead generation, and customer acquisition skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Good understanding of customer requirements and solution-based selling.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting.

Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development activities.
