The Noventiq team is looking for a Senior Director – CRM & Market Intelligence to strengthen sales review governance, pipeline visibility, customer intelligence, and commercial excellence across Noventiq India group entities. Reporting directly to the President – India, this strategic leadership role will drive CRM analytics, sales governance, market intelligence, and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives while partnering closely with senior business leaders across the organization.
The successful candidate will bring approximately 20 years of experience in sales, sales operations, CRM analytics, business intelligence, and commercial leadership, with the ability to transform fragmented data into executive-level insights and actionable sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth and improve sales performance across multiple business entities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze CRM data across multiple systems to create a consolidated view of pipeline performance, forecasting, account coverage, conversion ratios, and sales productivity.
- Establish common reporting standards, executive dashboards, and performance insights that clearly highlight business performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Lead the AI-driven development of customer and market intelligence, including account potential, white-space opportunities, buying centers, technology footprint, renewal opportunities, competitive landscape, industry trends, and demand signals.
- Support account prioritization by identifying growth opportunities across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Data, AI, and other strategic solution areas.
- Identify and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities by analyzing installed base, purchase history, renewal cycles, solution adoption, and unmet customer needs.
- Partner with sales and solution teams to convert customer insights into targeted sales plays, account campaigns, and measurable pipeline generation initiatives.
- Lead a consistent sales review governance framework across Noventiq India group entities, covering pipeline performance, forecasting, win/loss analysis, account movement, execution risks, and corrective actions.
- Drive CRM discipline by improving opportunity qualification, stage progression, deal hygiene, data quality, forecast confidence, and closure commitments.
- Collaborate with entity leaders, sales leaders, finance, marketing, alliances, delivery, customer success, and regional/global leadership to improve sales execution, reporting consistency, and commercial decision-making.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable executive insights that support strategic planning, sales performance, and sustainable revenue growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- Approximately 20 years of experience in sales, sales operations, revenue operations, CRM analytics, business intelligence, customer analytics, or other commercial leadership roles.
- Strong experience within B2B technology, IT services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation organizations. Previous experience in Cloud Sales and Cybersecurity Sales will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience partnering with senior leadership across multiple business units, legal entities, regions, or complex organizational structures.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales performance dashboards, pipeline analytics, forecasting, account planning, and sales review governance.
- Demonstrated ability to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and convert customer intelligence into practical commercial programs.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, opportunity qualification, account expansion, partner-led selling, and enterprise customer engagement.
- Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to consolidate fragmented data, identify trends, validate assumptions, and translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
- Deep expertise in CRM governance, opportunity management, pipeline management, data quality, forecasting, and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, drive sales discipline, and present concise, action-oriented recommendations.
- Strong understanding of customer industries, competitive landscape, technology trends, and demand-generation opportunities.
- Engineering or Technology degree required; MBA preferred.
- Professional certifications in CRM platforms, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Cloud Fundamentals, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, or equivalent practical experience are considered an advantage.
