Microsoft Ads / PPC Specialist – U.S. Lead Generation About the Role

We are a U.S.-based automotive parts company specializing in used engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and other replacement auto parts.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Ads / PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns targeting customers in the United States.

This is a hands-on performance marketing position, with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) and lead generation as the primary responsibility. The ideal candidate should also have practical knowledge of website design, landing-page optimization, SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities – Microsoft Ads / PPC

Set up, manage, and optimize Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) Search campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
Conduct keyword research for used engines, used transmissions, and automotive replacement parts.
Build high-intent campaigns based on search intent.
Create, test, and optimize Microsoft Ads.
Research and continuously optimize negative keywords.
Monitor search terms and eliminate irrelevant or low-quality traffic.
Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, ads, locations, devices, and audiences.
Select the most relevant landing page for each campaign/ad group.
Set up, verify, and troubleshoot Microsoft UET.
Configure and monitor Microsoft Ads conversion tracking.
Track quote-form submissions, phone calls, SMS clicks, and other lead actions.
Understand and preserve UTM and MSCLKID attribution.
Monitor CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, search terms, impression share, and lead quality.
Identify opportunities to reduce cost per qualified lead.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Prepare regular performance reports.
Work with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.
Recommend improvements to landing pages and conversion rates.

Website Design & Optimization

The candidate should also have practical knowledge of website and landing-page optimization.

Responsibilities may include:

Designing and improving PPC landing pages.
Improving website conversion rates.
Basic HTML and CSS.
Basic JavaScript knowledge.
WordPress or similar CMS experience.
Responsive/mobile website design.
Website speed and performance optimization.
Basic SEO and on-page optimization.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Google Analytics / GA4.
Google Tag Manager.
Microsoft UET implementation.
Tracking pixels and conversion events.
Identifying and fixing basic website issues.
Working with developers when more advanced development is required.

Microsoft Ads/PPC and lead generation remain the primary responsibilities. Web design and website optimization are additional responsibilities and a strong advantage.

Required Experience

2+ years of hands-on PPC experience.
Strong practical experience with Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads.
Experience managing Search campaigns for lead generation.
Experience targeting customers in the United States.
Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.
Strong negative keyword research experience.
Experience with Microsoft UET and conversion tracking.
Ability to independently analyze campaign data and optimize campaigns.
Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

We are specifically looking for someone who has personally managed Microsoft Advertising campaigns.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to:

Social media marketing
Facebook/Instagram Ads
Canva/content creation
SEO only
Social media management
Basic Google Ads without Microsoft Ads experience

will not be considered sufficient for this position.

What We Expect

The selected candidate should be capable of independently managing the Microsoft Ads operation after onboarding.

You should be able to explain:

Which keywords should be targeted for used engines versus used transmissions.
Which search terms should become negative keywords.
Which landing pages should be used for different searches.
Why CPL increases or decreases.
Which search terms generate qualified leads.
Which keywords are spending without producing leads.
How Microsoft UET should be configured.
How conversion tracking should be implemented.
How to improve lead quality, not simply increase lead volume.
How to improve a landing page when traffic is good but conversion rate is poor.

Work Location & Schedule

Location: Sector 15, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Work Mode: Work from office preferred.

5 working days per week
Night shift
Shift timing: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST OR 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST
2 Saturdays per month
Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and occasional Saturdays.

Work From Home Option

Work from home may be considered for exceptional candidates with strong, proven Microsoft Ads/PPC experience and a successful track record of independently managing U.S. lead-generation campaigns.

WFH is not the standard arrangement and will be considered based on:

Microsoft Ads experience
Previous campaign results
U.S. lead-generation experience
Technical knowledge
Interview performance
Practical assessment

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience and demonstrated Microsoft Ads/PPC expertise.

Salary will be discussed based on the candidate's experience and skill level.

Interview & Practical Assessment

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical assessment based on a U.S. used engine and transmission lead-generation business.

The assessment may include:

Creating a Microsoft Ads campaign structure
Selecting keywords
Identifying negative keywords
Writing sample ads
Selecting appropriate landing pages
Identifying conversion actions
Explaining UET and conversion tracking
Reviewing sample campaign data
Suggesting ways to reduce CPL and improve lead quality
Identifying landing-page improvements

We are looking for someone with real hands-on PPC experience, strong analytical ability, and the ability to independently manage campaigns, not just theoretical knowledge.
