Job Description

• HRSS Modernization • Drive the Ops modernization of various tracks under the Ops & Talent modernization charter under the HRSS • Support the Comms. & Change track with interlinkages to Talent related priorities & influencing Ops/HR teams • Drive rigor on the Ops governance with regional leaders • Financials / Program Management & Governance • Drive the shared goal of HRSS Financials mgmt. for multiple HRSS Services • Identify areas of synergies across projects to ensure efficient utilization of resources • Drive Ops projects schedules adherence and governance • People Analytics • Drive team priorities, engagement, financials, and talent dashboards to maximize the operational impact and support senior leaders to drive important people metrics for the teams • Analyze Employee Satisfaction Amber Survey to identify trends • Design, implement, and administer the rewards strategy across teams • Track & drive all people metrics for the team in collaboration with the HR & Ops team • Manage and respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers; Process employee data changes accurately and in a timely manner; Administer HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, and promotions; Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity; Assist in benefits administration and support open enrollment processes; Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other teams to resolve complex HR issues; Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Shared Services processes and systems.
