Position Overview

The Marketing & Student Recruitment Executive will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, lead generation, student recruitment, and enrolment growth for FIIS International Foundation and International Year One (IYO) Programmes. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building strong relationships with schools and educational consultants, engaging prospective students and parents, and converting qualified leads into enrolled students.This position requires a highly motivated and proactive professional who can effectively combine strategic planning with on-ground execution. The successful candidate will serve as an ambassador of FIIS and its international pathway programmes, helping students discover affordable and globally recognised routes to higher education.

Strategic Marketing Responsibilities

Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly student recruitment plans. Identify target student segments and markets. Design and execute recruitment campaigns. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Recommend improvements to recruitment and brand positioning strategies. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise marketing efforts.

Student Recruitment & Lead Generation

Generate and nurture prospective student enquiries. Conduct student engagement and awareness activities. Build referral channels through schools, coaching centres, and networks. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective students. Support achievement of enrolment targets.

School Outreach & Institutional Partnerships

Visit schools and educational institutions regularly. Meet principals, counsellors, and academic coordinators. Conduct career guidance sessions and pathway awareness programmes. Establish long-term institutional partnerships. Develop recurring recruitment channels through schools.

Educational Consultant Management

Identify and onboard consultant partners. Conduct programme training sessions. Provide marketing and counselling support. Track consultant performance and referrals. Strengthen FIIS presence within the overseas education ecosystem.

Digital Marketing Coordination

Coordinate social media campaigns and online promotions. Support website content updates. Monitor digital lead generation activities. Coordinate webinars and virtual events. Analyse campaign metrics and performance reports.

Events, Seminars & Promotional Activities

Organise education fairs and open-house events. Coordinate school visits and career workshops. Conduct parent engagement sessions. Support consultant training programmes. Evaluate event outcomes and follow-up opportunities.

Admissions & Conversion Support

Track students through the admissions funnel. Assist with applications and documentation. Address student and parent queries. Improve enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rates. Support offer acceptance and enrolment processes.

Reporting & Performance Management

Maintain CRM and recruitment databases. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports. Analyse lead sources and conversion performance. Monitor campaign ROI and recruitment metrics. Present performance updates to management.

Stakeholder Management

Travel Requirements

The role requires extensive travel across pan-India to meet schools, consultants, students, and participate in recruitment activities, exhibitions, and educational events.

Performance Expectations

Within the first year, the successful candidate should: Build a strong school and consultant network. Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified student enquiries. Increase awareness of FIIS pathway programmes. Contribute significantly towards enrolment targets. Strengthen FIIS market presence in international education.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, ambitious, and highly organised professional with a passion for education and student success. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, commercial awareness, and the ability to independently execute recruitment and marketing initiatives while working collaboratively with stakeholders.
