Role Overview

This role is responsible for safe and reliable maintenance of elevator and escalator units within assigned routes and ensuring customer centricity and delight.

Key Responsibilities

Adherence to EH&S guidelines at all times. Will be responsible for adhering safety norms for equipment and end user safety.

Will be responsible for maintenance of the units, trouble shooting, code maintenance & Customer Service for assigned units.

Ensure zero callbacks through periodic scheduled maintenance of the units.

Respond promptly to breakdowns with a focus on achieving first-time fix.

Ensure continuous and reliable equipment operation.

Will be responsible for Generating T leads and closing T Orders on time.

Timely and Transparent communication with customers.

Build strong customer relationships during site visits.

Qualifications & Requirements

ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance with hands-on exposure to technical troubleshooting, repairs, and safety protocols
