Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Field Sales Executive with 5+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, hygiene, personal care, healthcare, or related industries.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, developing distributor and retailer networks, generating new business, managing existing customers, and consistently achieving sales targets across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, institutions, and other potential customers.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Conduct regular market visits across assigned territories.
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Promote and demonstrate company products to distributors, retailers, and customers.
Increase product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Ensure timely order booking, follow-up, and delivery coordination.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support healthy receivables.
Collect regular market feedback and communicate customer requirements to management.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and field visit reports.
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, logistics, marketing, and customer support.
Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
Identify opportunities for expanding the company's product portfolio and customer base.
Maintain professional relationships with channel partners and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in field sales.
Experience in FMCG, personal care, hygiene, healthcare, or consumer products will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong distributor and retailer network management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Good knowledge of the Tamil Nadu market.
Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; working knowledge of English is preferred.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively are preferred.
