HR Recruiter & Executive – QHT Clinic

Company: QHT Clinic
Industry: Healthcare & Hair Restoration
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Experience Required: 1.5+ Years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
No. Of days working : 6 days ( Monday to saturday)
Timings : 10 am to 7 pm

About QHT Clinic

QHT Clinic is a growing healthcare and hair restoration brand focused on providing high-quality patient care and advanced hair transplant and aesthetic treatments. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to strengthen our growing team across clinical, sales, operations, and corporate functions.

Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and management.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, PyjamaHR, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, and role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Managing director.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle salary discussions and candidate negotiations as required.
Coordinate offer letters, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Maintain an updated candidate tracker.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies within defined recruitment TATs.
Maintain a positive candidate experience and professional communication.
Support recruitment drives, employee referrals, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

Front Desk / Reception
Nurses & OT Staff
Quality Analysts / Call Auditors
Marketing & Digital Marketing
Accounts & MIS

Clinic Operations & Supervisory Roles
Other clinical and non-clinical positions as per business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Prior experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, wellness, BPO, sales recruitment, or service industry will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of sourcing through job portals and social media.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills.
Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and meet hiring deadlines.
Proactive, organized, confident, and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in healthcare/clinic recruitment or high-volume hiring will be given preference. Experience with platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, PyjamaHR, ATS/HRMS, or recruitment databases will be an advantage. These sourcing and end-to-end recruitment responsibilities are consistent with current recruiter and healthcare-recruitment role expectations.
