About Skill Set Digital

Skill Set Digital is a full-service IT and digital marketing company helping businesses build their online presence, generate leads, increase sales, and grow through performance-driven digital marketing.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who has strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and understands how to plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with lead-generation campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, testing creatives and audiences, and continuously improving campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads – Primary Responsibility

Plan, create, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
Manage campaigns for Lead Generation, Website Conversions, WhatsApp, Traffic, Engagement, and Sales.
Develop campaign structures based on client objectives, target audience, budget, and industry.
Create and manage Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads within Meta Ads Manager.
Conduct audience research and create:
Custom Audiences
Lookalike Audiences
Retargeting Audiences
Interest/Behaviour-based audiences
Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and other relevant metrics.
Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, placements, offers, and campaign structures.
Identify underperforming campaigns/ad sets/ads and take corrective actions.
Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and lead quality.
Monitor frequency, audience saturation, learning phase, and campaign performance.
Work closely with the creative team to provide requirements for ad creatives, videos, reels, banners, and ad copies.
Develop effective ad copy, headlines, primary text, CTAs, and campaign messaging.
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Events, Conversions API, and conversion tracking where required.
Troubleshoot common Meta Ads issues related to:
Ad disapprovals
Account restrictions
Pixel/events
WhatsApp integration
Facebook Page/Instagram account connections
Tracking and conversion issues
Business Manager/Ads Manager setup

2. Google Ads – Additional Responsibility

Experience with Google Ads will be an added advantage.

The candidate may be required to:

Create and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent keywords.
Prepare and optimize search ad copies.
Monitor CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Optimize campaigns based on search terms, keywords, bidding strategies, locations, devices, and audiences.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
Prepare regular Google Ads performance reports.

3. Campaign Strategy & Performance Marketing

Understand the client's business, target audience, competitors, products/services, and marketing objectives.
Develop digital advertising strategies based on business goals.
Plan campaign funnels including Awareness → Consideration → Retargeting → Conversion.
Identify opportunities for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Recommend suitable platforms, campaign objectives, audiences, creatives, and budgets.
Continuously research new Meta and Google Ads features, trends, targeting options, and best practices.
Focus on generating quality leads and measurable business results, not just impressions or engagement.

4. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis.
Analyze campaign data and identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare performance reports for internal teams and clients.
Clearly communicate:
Amount spent
Leads/conversions generated
Cost per lead/acquisition
CTR
CPC
CPM
Conversion rate
ROAS, where applicable
Provide actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
Coordinate with the SEO, social media, design, development, and content teams when required.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising.
Experience managing lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, Lookalike Audiences, and Custom Audiences.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data.
Understanding of Meta Ads metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Good understanding of digital marketing funnels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns/clients simultaneously.

Good to Have

Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Google Ads Search certification.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Google Tag Manager knowledge.
Meta Pixel and Conversion API knowledge.
Experience with WhatsApp marketing/WhatsApp lead campaigns.
Experience with landing page optimization.
Basic understanding of SEO and social media marketing.
Experience working with lead-generation campaigns for service-based businesses.
Experience with e-commerce/performance marketing.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.

Candidates with strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and demonstrable campaign experience may also be considered based on their skills.
