Job description:

Location: Indiranagar, 100 Feet Road, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift / U.S. Shift
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive with strong hands-on experience in ADP Payroll, U.S. Bookkeeping, and QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and payroll activities for U.S.-based clients, ensuring accurate financial records, timely payroll processing, and proper handling of accounting transactions.

Experience with Amazon DSP accounting will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesADP Payroll – Primary Responsibility

Manage end-to-end U.S. payroll processing using ADP.
Process employee and driver payroll accurately and on time.
Handle bonuses, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, overtime, and other payroll adjustments.
Review payroll data and identify discrepancies before submission.
Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.
Collect and verify payroll information from U.S.-based clients.
Coordinate with clients regarding payroll-related questions and requirements.
Ensure payroll activities follow applicable U.S. payroll procedures and client requirements.

U.S. Bookkeeping & QuickBooks

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities for U.S.-based clients.
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Record and categorize income, expenses, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Review transactions and ensure accurate account classification.
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Amazon DSP Accounting – Preferred

Handle accounting activities related to Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) businesses.
Review revenue, expenses, driver-related costs, vehicle expenses, and other operational transactions.
Assist with preparation of financial and operational reports.
Track and review DSP-related accounting and payroll information.
Coordinate with U.S.-based DSP clients regarding accounting and payroll requirements.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and review accounting reports and financial statements.
Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities.
Support tax-related accounting documentation and activities.
Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
Follow internal accounting controls, procedures, and deadlines.
Ensure financial information is accurate and properly documented.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience.
Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP Payroll.
Strong practical experience in U.S. Bookkeeping.
Proficiency in QuickBooks.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of U.S. accounting and payroll processes.
Basic to good understanding of U.S. GAAP.
Amazon DSP accounting experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.
Willingness to work from the Indiranagar, Bangalore office during the U.S. shift.

Key Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong practical, hands-on accounting experience rather than only theoretical knowledge.

Candidates with experience in ADP Payroll, QuickBooks, U.S. bookkeeping, U.S. accounting firms, logistics accounting, transportation accounting, or Amazon DSP accounting will be highly preferred.

Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients will be an added advantage.
