Full job description

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to speak with people who have already shown interest in our land investment opportunities, understand their requirements, qualify them, and schedule calls with our sales team.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will be provided with warm leads who have already expressed interest.

What You'll Do

Call warm leads and understand why they are interested in purchasing agricultural land.
Follow our proven calling script while keeping conversations natural.
Qualify prospects based on:
Investment budget
Amount of land they're looking to purchase
Investment timeline
Location preferences
Investment objective
Whether they are ready to have a detailed conversation with our advisor
Answer basic questions about the opportunity and explain the next step.
Identify serious and qualified prospects rather than simply booking as many calls as possible.
Schedule qualified prospects directly on the sales team's calendar.
Confirm appointments and follow up with prospects to improve show-up rates.
Maintain accurate lead notes and status updates in our CRM/Google Sheets.
Follow up with interested prospects who aren't ready to book immediately.
Coordinate with the sales team and provide context before each scheduled call.

What We're Looking For

Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
Confident and professional on the phone.
Comfortable speaking with investors and discussing money.
Good listening skills and ability to ask the right questions.
Able to follow a sales script without sounding robotic.
Strong follow-up discipline.
Comfortable working with daily targets and KPIs.
Previous experience in telecalling, appointment setting, inside sales, real estate sales, insurance, financial services, or high-ticket sales is a plus.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset can also apply.

What Success Looks Like

Your primary goal is not simply making calls.

Your goal is to:

Call → Qualify → Book → Confirm → Ensure the prospect shows up

We will measure performance based on:

Qualified calls booked
Lead-to-appointment conversion
Appointment show-up rate
Quality of leads passed to the sales team
Follow-up completion
CRM/lead management

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance incentives

Top performers will have the opportunity to earn significantly more based on qualified appointments and sales performance.
