About the job Company Description -SN Wealth is a financial advisory firm focused on helping individuals and corporates build, manage, and grow their wealth through goal-based investing and disciplined strategies. Our approach combines detailed risk assessment, structured financial planning, and continuous portfolio monitoring to deliver long-term, sustainable outcomes. We are committed to simplifying financial decisions and being a trusted partner in our clients’ wealth creation journey.

About the Role -We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior management in business development and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, and possess the ability to coordinate and schedule discovery calls with potential clients, industry leaders, and business professionals.

Key Responsibilities -1. Prospecting & List Building

Build and maintain a live pipeline of HNI / corporate executive prospects sourced from LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and existing client introductions.

Tag each prospect with profile data: designation, company, estimated AUM band, resident/NRI status, and current advisor relationship where known

2. Outreach & Appointment Setting

Run daily outbound contact (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn InMail) to the assigned prospect list

Use approved scripts and “Office of the Founder” positioning for every first touch

Handle objections at the gatekeeper / EA level to secure a discovery-call slot

Run structured follow-up sequences for non-responders and reschedules until a call is booked or the prospect is marked dead

3. Pre-Call Qualification

Confirm basic qualifying information before each call: current investments, advisor relationship, decision authority, urgency

Brief the Founder with a one-line prospect snapshot ahead of every call

4. Joining Discovery Calls with Founder

Join every discovery call (in person or virtual) alongside the Founder as note-taker and process owner

Capture structured call notes: prospect's current portfolio, pain points, decision timeline, and next-step commitment

Manage call logistics in real time — link/screen-share troubleshooting, time-keeping — so the Founder stays focused on the conversation

Log the full call summary in the CRM the same day and flag the prospect as hot / warm / cold

Draft the post-call follow-up message (thank-you note, relevant collateral, next-meeting link) within 24 hours, for the Founder's review before sending

5. Founder Calendar & Travel Management

Own the Founder's complete daily calendar end-to-end: discovery calls, client meetings, internal team syncs, podcast recordings, and networking events

Coordinate logistics for in-person HNI meetings and industry events, including venue, timing, and travel where applicable

Block protected outreach and deep-work hours on the Founder's calendar and guard against double-booking

Send calendar invites (Google Meet/call links) and pre-call reminder messages to prospects

6.CRM & Reporting

Log every touchpoint, outcome, and next action in the CRM the same day

Submit a weekly pipeline report: prospects contacted, calls booked, calls held, conversion rate, source-wise breakdown

7. Event & Network Coordination

Manage RSVPs, guest lists, and follow-ups for HNI networking events, client appreciation meets, and webinars

Coordinate guest scheduling and logistics for the YouTube podcast interview series (e.g., PMS fund manager episodes)

Desired Candidate Profile -

Background: telesales / business development, bank RM support desk, premium hospitality or concierge, insurance HNI desk, or EA to a CXO / business owner

2–5 years of experience; prior exposure to financial services or premium client-facing work preferred

Confident, polished phone and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi

Comfortable with rejection-heavy outbound work; persistent without being pushy

Working knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and WhatsApp Business

Comfortable taking structured notes live on calls and turning them into clear action items

Organised multi-tasker capable of owning calendar, call support, and event coordination simultaneously

High discretion and a presentable, professional persona for representing the Founder's office

Self-starter who can work to weekly targets with minimal supervision

Compensation Structure-

Fixed monthly salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000, based on candidate experience — reflects the full scope of this role (prospecting, call support, Founder coordination, and event/onboarding ownership), not a standalone calling or admin function

Incentive per qualified discovery call held

Escalator bonus when a sourced prospect converts to an active client / AUM within 90 days

Reviewed quarterly against the Performance Tracker

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask with great follow-up skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
