Import Export Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Sales & International Business
Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Import Export Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our import-export operations while also actively contributing to sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with customers, following up on leads, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Actively handle sales activities, including generating leads, contacting potential customers, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into orders.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective domestic and international clients.
Identify new customers, markets, distributors, and business opportunities for the company's products.
Communicate with buyers and clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other business channels.
Prepare and share quotations, product details, offers, and other sales-related information.
Negotiate with clients regarding pricing, quantities, terms, and orders in coordination with the management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer orders.
Assist with import-export documentation, shipping coordination, and order-related communication.
Keep track of enquiries, follow-ups, sales leads, and customer requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure enquiries are converted into successful business.
Maintain proper records of customers, sales activities, orders, and business communication.
Support the company in expanding its customer base and achieving sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interest in sales and business development.
Ability to confidently communicate with new and existing customers.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of import-export processes is preferred.
Comfortable working with MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and basic documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the team.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a result-oriented approach.
Knowledge of international markets or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Key Expectation

This is a sales-oriented role. Along with import-export coordination, the candidate will be expected to actively participate in sales, lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and business development. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative and contributing directly to the company's growth.
