We work with some of India’s leading wedding planners, event management companies, luxury hospitality brands, corporates, and private clients to conceptualize and execute unforgettable experiences.
We are looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Business Development professional who understands the events and entertainment ecosystem and can establish Nautanki Company as the preferred creative and entertainment partner across Gujarat and Rajasthan.
Position Overview
The Senior Manager – Business Development will be responsible for expanding Nautanki Company’s business by developing strategic relationships with wedding planners, event management companies, destination management companies, luxury hotels, hospitality brands, corporate event agencies, and allied industry partners.
This role is not about hard selling—it is about building trust, understanding client requirements, identifying opportunities, and positioning Nautanki Company’s creative capabilities and entertainment offerings as the preferred solution.
The ideal candidate is a confident networker with excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for luxury events and experiential marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate new business opportunities across Gujarat and Rajasthan.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Identify opportunities for artist bookings, creative direction, entertainment curation, and experiential projects.
- Convert meetings into long-term business relationships.
- Represent Nautanki Company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and hospitality gatherings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with:

- Become the first point of contact for partner agencies within the region.
- Maintain regular client interactions through meetings, presentations, networking events, and follow-ups.
Client Consulting
- Understand client briefs and recommend suitable entertainment concepts and creative solutions.
- Present Nautanki Company’s portfolio, capabilities, artists, and experiential offerings.
- Collaborate with the internal creative and production teams to develop customized proposals.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable entertainment and creative experiences based on budget, audience profile, and event objectives.
Market Intelligence
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain an updated database of event agencies, planners, venues, hospitality partners, and luxury brands.
- Share market feedback and client insights with the leadership team.
- Identify new sectors and revenue opportunities.
Revenue & Commercial Management
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate pricing in consultation with management.
- Ensure timely closure of business opportunities.
- Coordinate contract execution and project handover to operations.
- Support collections and payment follow-ups where required.
Brand Representation
- Represent Nautanki Company with professionalism, integrity, and confidence.
- Build brand visibility across industry platforms and networking forums.
- Strengthen Nautanki Company’s reputation within the luxury events ecosystem.

- Revenue generated from the assigned territory.

Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Strategic Partnerships, or Sales.
- Prior experience within the Events, Entertainment, Weddings, Hospitality, Luxury Lifestyle, or Experiential Marketing industry is highly preferred.
- Candidates from luxury retail, premium automobile brands, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle brands with strong relationship management experience are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience, industry exposure, and interview performance).
- Performance Incentives: Attractive incentive structure applicable upon achieving the agreed monthly/quarterly business targets.
