Job Title: Lead Chef – Sandwiches & Beverages

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Chef to join our bakery team and assist in the preparation of sandwiches, wraps, hot and cold beverages, and other café-style menu items. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, maintain high hygiene standards, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Will have 2 people reporting to them.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and other light meals as per recipes and standards.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, milkshakes, juices, and other beverages.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work station and equipment.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Assist with daily kitchen prep and closing duties.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, bakery, restaurant, or similar establishment.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and beverage making.
Good hygiene and food handling practices.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
