Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Consultant with 2–3 years of experience in business consulting, training implementation, or organizational development. The primary role of the Business Consultant is to visit client organizations, work closely with business owners and their teams, review the implementation status of tasks assigned during training and consulting engagements, identify gaps, provide corrective guidance, and ensure successful execution of business improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage with business owners and team members across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
Client Visits & Implementation Review
* Conduct scheduled visits to client organizations to review the implementation of action plans, SOPs, systems, and tasks assigned during training and consulting programs.
* Meet with business owners, management teams, and employees to assess progress and identify implementation challenges.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of business processes, systems, and operational practices introduced during consulting assignments.
* Verify implementation through observation, documentation review, and discussions with stakeholders.
Advisory & Problem Solving
* Provide practical recommendations and corrective action plans to address implementation gaps.
* Support business owners and teams in overcoming operational, managerial, and organizational challenges.
* Coach and guide teams to ensure successful adoption of recommended practices and systems.
* Assist clients in improving productivity, profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation
* Prepare detailed visit reports, implementation status reports, and action plans after each client visit.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress, challenges, and recommendations.
* Submit periodic performance and progress reports to the consulting management team.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones for assigned clients.
Training Reinforcement
* Conduct review sessions and reinforcement meetings with client teams.
* Ensure that concepts and tools delivered during training programs are effectively implemented.
* Identify additional training or consulting requirements and communicate them to management.
Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with business owners and their teams.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing continuous support and guidance.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.

Educational Qualifications
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related fields.
* MBA (Master of Business Administration).
* B.Voc. (Bachelor of Vocation) in Business Consulting, Management, or related specialization.
* M.Voc. (Master of Vocation) in Business Consulting, Management, or related specialization.
