Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Okhla (On-site) | Employment Type: Full-time

Morphe is a contemporary luxury womenswear label built on the belief that clothing should reflect personal evolution, not just style. We create thoughtfully crafted pieces for individuals who choose authenticity over conformity and intention over trends.

As we prepare for launch, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can build and scale our customer acquisition engine from the ground up.

Role Overview

This is not a campaign management role alone.

As Morphe's Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling performance marketing across all digital channels. You will develop acquisition strategies, manage media budgets, optimize conversion funnels, and drive revenue growth while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.

The ideal candidate understands how to build a performance marketing function from 0 to 1 and has prior experience working with premium or luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, and other relevant digital channels.
Build Morphe's performance marketing ecosystem from the ground up, including audience segmentation, attribution, tracking, reporting, and optimization frameworks.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, and CAC targets.
Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Collaborate closely with creative, merchandising, and brand teams to develop high-performing ad creatives aligned with Morphe's luxury positioning.
Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Create dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Monitor competitor activity and emerging acquisition channels within the luxury and fashion space.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently while maximizing return on ad spend.
Drive website conversion optimization and improve customer journeys across all touchpoints.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement systems.

Technical Requirements

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).
Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel analysis, audience segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
Experience working with custom e-commerce websites and coordinating with developers for tracking and optimization implementation.
Ability to set up, audit, and troubleshoot conversion tracking and event tracking systems.
Experience in landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience (Mandatory).
Proven experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Prior experience in luxury, premium fashion, designer, lifestyle or high-end D2C brands is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and performance metrics through paid media.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Successfully building Morphe's performance marketing function from 0 to 1.
Driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through paid channels.
Establishing scalable acquisition and retention frameworks.
Improving ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value through continuous optimization.
Building a sustainable growth engine that supports Morphe's long-term expansion.

Preferred Experience

Luxury fashion, contemporary fashion, premium lifestyle, designer labels, luxury beauty, or high-end D2C brands.
Experience launching or scaling emerging consumer brands.
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments with a strong ownership mindset.
