We are a one-stop solution for home care companies seeking highly trained, professional virtual assistants who seamlessly integrate into their teams and support their day-to-day business operations. Position Overview

The Director of Operations will lead the day-to-day operational strategy and execution across the organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned operations leader with a strong project management background who enjoys building systems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement.

We're seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who doesn't wait for direction, enjoys creating solutions from the ground up, and sees opportunity where others see obstacles. The ideal candidate is energized by new initiatives, eager to learn, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth and scalability.
Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Build and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with leadership to establish priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements.
Identify operational risks and proactively develop solutions.
Mentor, coach, and develop managers and team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Create efficient workflows and implement best practices across departments.
Support organizational growth by adapting quickly to changing business needs and new opportunities.
Work closely with our USA team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10–12 years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or business leadership.
Demonstrated success leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management expertise with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed business decisions.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
