Job description:

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining web applications with a focus on React.js for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end. You will be an integral part of an existing team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge applications involving AI and voice agents.This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer who is passionate about coding from scratch, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment. While the position is currently remote, we expect the candidate to be able to work from our Hyderabad office once we reopen.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs, highlighting product features, integrations, configurations, and customization options.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable technical and functional solutions.
Guide clients through product onboarding, implementation, and system configuration activities.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of customization and enhancement requests.
Provide technical consultation and product expertise during both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Collaborate with Product, Development, and Support teams to address client needs and resolve technical issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring a positive customer experience and successful product adoption.
Advise clients on best practices, system workflows, and effective use of product features to maximize value.
Facilitate solution discussions and implementation planning with client stakeholders and internal teams.
Proactively follow up with clients to monitor progress, gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure timely completion of implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be mainly responsible for Point of Contact to Clients, Call, demo, Manage and maintain good Client relationship with Technical Ease.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using the MERN stack (React.js and Node.js).
Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features, including AI and voice agent capabilities.
Manage and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure.
Utilize Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.Integrate third-party services such as SendGrid for email notifications and VoIP/telephony services (e.g., Twilio, Indian telephony providers).
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code from scratch.Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality codebase.
Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven experience as a Product Specialist, Product Support Executive, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software products, features, and product lifecycle management.
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into product solutions.
Experience in conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and productivity tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have:
Experience with AI agents and/or voice agents.
Experience with VoIP services and telephony APIs such as Twilio and Indian telephony service providers.
Familiarity with email services like SendGrid.
