Full job description

Position: Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive

Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Jaipur
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Sr. Manager- HR

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, with strong exposure to mid-to-senior-level and leadership hiring.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously, and partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

Experience of working with an HR Recruitment Agency / Search Firm will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities-

1. End-to-End Recruitment

· Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding the hiring requirement to candidate onboarding.

· Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates across various functions and levels.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

2. Leadership & Critical Hiring

· Manage hiring for mid-level, senior-level, and leadership positions.

· Work closely with business heads, and senior stakeholders to understand critical hiring requirements.

· Handle confidential and sensitive leadership hiring mandates professionally.

· Identify and engage with passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other talent channels.

3. Stakeholder Management

· Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, KRAs, KPIs, competencies, and team requirements.

· Develop a clear understanding of the business and its talent needs.

· Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, candidate pipeline, and closure timelines.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and decision-making.

4. Sourcing & Talent Mapping

· Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment networks, and direct sourcing.

· Conduct market mapping and talent research for critical and niche positions.

· Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates and industry professionals.

· Build a strong talent network for future hiring requirements.

5. Interview & Selection Coordination

· Conduct initial screening and competency-based discussions with candidates.

· Assess candidates based on role fitment, experience, skills, cultural alignment, and career aspirations.

· Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and leadership teams.

· Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate closure.

6. Recruitment Operations & Reporting

· Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records in the HRMS/ATS.

· Track key recruitment metrics such as:

o Time to Hire

o Time to Close

o Source Effectiveness

o Offer-to-Joining Ratio

o Candidate Dropout Rate

o Hiring Funnel Conversion

· Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring updates for management.

· Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

Key Requirements-

· Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

· Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.

· Prior experience in leadership and senior-level hiring is preferred.

· Strong experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

· Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.

· High level of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Added Advantage-

· Prior experience working with an HR Recruitment Agency, Executive Search Firm, or Staffing Organisation.

· Experience in executive search and passive candidate hiring.

· Experience in hiring for leadership and critical business roles.

· Exposure to HRMS, ATS, and recruitment analytics.

· Experience in a startup, D2C, e-commerce, consumer, or fast-growing organisation.

What We Are Looking For-

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
