Job Description: Intern – Operations, Customer Support & Vendor Management Role: Intern – Operations, Customer Support & Vendor Management Location: Noida, Sector 63 Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year Employment Type: Full-time Internship Work Mode: On-site Duration: 3 Months About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations & Customer Support Intern to join our e commerce team. The intern will support day-to-day order operations, customer queries, vendor coordination, inventory/ order tracking, and backend processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands on experience in how an e-commerce business operates from order placement to successful delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. E-commerce Operations • • • • • • Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations and order processing. Monitor orders from placement to dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfilment. Track cancelled, delayed, returned, and failed orders. Maintain accurate operational records and reports. Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned team. 2. Customer Support • • • • • • Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, chat, or other support channels. Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds. Resolve customer issues professionally and within defined timelines. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and vendor teams to resolve customer complaints. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the order journey. 3. Vendor Management • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers on order processing, availability, dispatch, and delivery. 1 Follow up with vendors for pending or delayed orders. • • • • • Maintain vendor-related data, documents, pricing, and operational details. Assist in tracking vendor performance and service levels. Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, quality issues, returns, and replacements. Build professional and effective communication with vendors. 4. Order & Inventory Coordination • • • • • Monitor product availability and stock status. Coordinate with vendors/warehouse teams regarding inventory updates. Flag stock-outs, incorrect inventory, or product-related issues. Assist with reconciliation of orders, inventory, returns, and cancellations. Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers for daily operations. 5. Reporting & Documentation • • • • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports. Maintain trackers for orders, customer complaints, returns, refunds, and vendor follow-ups. Ensure data accuracy across operational sheets and systems. Assist the team in analysing recurring operational and customer issues. Skills Required • • • • • • • • • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Comfortable communicating with customers and vendors over phone and WhatsApp. Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is an advantage. Who Can Apply? • • • • Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience. Students/recent graduates from BBA, B.Com, MBA, or other relevant disciplines. Candidates interested in e-commerce, operations, customer experience, supply chain, or vendor management. Candidates who are comfortable working on-site from Noida Sector 63. Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: • • Proactive: Doesn't wait to be told about every follow-up. Organised: Can manage multiple orders, customers, and vendors simultaneously. 2 Responsible: Takes ownership of assigned tasks. • • • • • Customer-focused: Understands the importance of customer satisfaction. Good at follow-ups: Can consistently coordinate with vendors and internal teams. Detail-oriented: Can identify errors in orders, inventory, and operational data. Tech-comfortable: Can quickly learn e-commerce platforms and internal tools.
