Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

Smart Virtuality is a growing digital services company helping businesses and professionals build their online presence, strengthen their brand visibility and generate business through digital platforms.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who can take ownership of our social media presence and help us build a strong and visible digital brand.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Growth & Management

Manage and grow Smart Virtuality's LinkedIn company page and leadership profiles.
Develop a consistent LinkedIn content strategy to increase reach, impressions, engagement and followers.
Research trending topics, industry conversations and relevant hashtags.
Create engaging posts, carousels, polls, short-form content and thought-leadership content.
Actively engage with relevant LinkedIn accounts through meaningful comments and conversations.
Identify opportunities to increase organic visibility and build relevant connections.
Track LinkedIn performance and continuously improve the strategy based on analytics.
Help generate potential business leads through LinkedIn.

Instagram & Other Social Media

Manage Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.
Create platform-specific content rather than simply reposting the same content everywhere.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
Improve engagement, followers, reach and overall brand visibility.
Research competitors and identify content opportunities and trends.

Content Creation & Graphics

Create professional and engaging graphics using Canva.
Design LinkedIn carousels, social media posts, banners, reels covers, presentations and other marketing creatives.
Use AI tools to generate creative concepts, images, graphics and content ideas.
Experiment with AI-assisted content creation to produce better-quality content faster.
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different platforms.

Content & Digital Marketing

Write clear, engaging and audience-focused social media copy.
Assist with blogs, website content, newsletters and other digital marketing content.
Conduct basic keyword, competitor and market research.
Stay updated with social media trends, LinkedIn algorithm changes, AI tools and emerging digital marketing practices.

Analytics & Performance

The person should be results-oriented, not just activity-oriented.
You will be expected to monitor:
LinkedIn impressions and reach
Engagement rate
Comments and meaningful conversations
Follower growth
Profile/page views
Website traffic
Leads generated through social media
Instagram reach and engagement

Content performance

Prepare a simple monthly social media performance report with insights and recommendations for improvement.

What We Are Looking For

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn organic growth and engagement.
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram.
Excellent knowledge of Canva.
Ability to create professional graphics independently.
Comfortable using AI tools for content and creative development.
Good English writing and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media content and engagement.
Creative mindset with an eye for design.
Ability to research independently and identify new content opportunities.
Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Good to Have

Experience with LinkedIn personal branding.
Knowledge of LinkedIn SEO and content optimization.
Experience with Canva Pro, ChatGPT or other AI creative tools.
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
Experience with reels/short-form video content.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital lead generation.

“How do I make this brand more visible, increase engagement and turn social media attention into business opportunities?”

You should be comfortable experimenting, testing different content formats, studying analytics and continuously improving what works.
