iGrade Education is an education-focused organization helping students and working professionals choose the right online and higher education programs from reputed universities. We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Job Overview

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational and career requirements, generating and qualifying prospects, and ensuring a smooth handover of interested candidates to the counseling/admission team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, good follow-up abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students from assigned leads/data.
Understand the candidate's educational background, career goals, and requirements.
Explain relevant online MBA, BBA, and other higher education programs.
Identify and qualify genuine prospects based on interest, eligibility, and requirements.
Generate quality prospects through effective calling and follow-ups.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates to improve conversions.
Schedule and coordinate calls between prospects and the counseling/admission team.
Ensure proper and timely handover of qualified prospects to counselors.
Maintain accurate lead/prospect updates in Excel, CRM, or internal tracking systems.
Update call remarks, follow-up dates, lead status, and prospect information within the required timeline.
Maintain proper lead hygiene and ensure no qualified prospect is missed.
Coordinate with team leaders and counselors regarding prospect status and conversion opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, prospect-generation, and conversion-related targets.
Handle basic objections and provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, fees, and admission processes.
Follow company processes and maintain professional communication with every prospect.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
Good listening and questioning skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Good time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with experience in EdTech, Education Sales, Telecalling, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, BPO, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
