About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and result-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment and HR coordination activities, with a strong focus on technical and engineering recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment. Candidates with a Civil Engineering or other technical background or MBA in HR will be highly preferred due to the technical nature of the hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

· Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.

· Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

· Handle recruitment for Civil Engineering and other technical positions.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.

· Coordinate candidate documentation, selection, salary discussions, and joining formalities.

· Maintain accurate records of shortlisted, interviewed, selected, and rejected candidates.

· Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

· Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.

· Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.

· Ensure assigned vacancies are closed within the required timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.

· Graduate in any relevant discipline.

· Civil Engineering / Engineering / Technical background will be strongly preferred/MBA in Human Resource

· Good understanding of technical and engineering job profiles.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.

· Ability to screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and recruitment/job portals.

· Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

· Professional, confident, and target-oriented approach.

Technical Recruitment Experience – Preferred

Experience in hiring for profiles such as:

· Civil Engineers

· Site Engineers

· Project Engineers

· Planning Engineers

· Quantity Surveyors

· Billing Engineers

· Architects

· Structural Engineers

· Construction Professionals

· Other technical and engineering positions

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly looking for candidates who:

· Have 1+ year of HR/Recruitment experience.

· Have exposure to technical recruitment.

· Understand Civil Engineering and construction-related job profiles.

· Have strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.

· Can communicate effectively with both candidates and management.

· Are organized, responsible, and capable of handling multiple recruitment requirements.

· Have a strong interest in building a career in HR and Technical Recruitment.
