Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

· Identifying and developing new business opportunities.

· Visiting hospitals, nursing homes and healthcare institutions regularly.

· Scheduling appointments with Directors, Owners, Administrators and decision-makers.

· Conducting product presentations and demonstrations.

· Generating enquiries and converting them into business.

· Coordinating with the Head Office for proposals and quotations.

· Maintaining accurate CRM records.

· Submitting Daily Activity Reports.

· Achieving agreed sales and activity targets.

Performance Expectations

This role is performance-driven.

Typical monthly expectations include:

· 300 business calls

· 60 appointments

· 30 customer meetings

· 15 product demonstrations

· 10 quotations

· 5 qualified opportunities

· Minimum 1 successful business closure

Performance reviews are based on sales, pipeline quality, activity levels, professionalism and reporting.
