Head of Global Marketing
Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 10+ years
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry Preference: Outsourcing / BPM / BPO / IT Services / Digital Services / AdTech / Marketing Services
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Global Marketing & Brand to lead our global brand positioning, thought leadership, content, events, and industry engagement strategy.
This is a strategic B2B marketing leadership role focused on building a strong and differentiated brand presence across international markets, particularly the US, Australia, UK, and Middle East.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from the outsourcing, technology services, digital services, AdTech, media, or professional services ecosystem and understand how to position a services-led organisation to global clients.
This is not primarily a performance marketing, paid media, or direct sales role. We are looking for someone who can shape how our brand is perceived in the market, build industry credibility, create meaningful thought leadership, and work closely with our leadership and sales teams to strengthen our global presence.

-
Work closely with leadership to translate our capabilities, client experience, innovation, and expertise into a compelling global story.

Lead the development of blogs, industry insights, market reports, whitepapers, case studies, client success stories, leadership articles, and social content.
-
Work closely with the in-house content and creative teams to maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality content.

Engage internal subject-matter experts and leadership to turn their knowledge and experience into relevant market-facing content.
-
Develop and manage an editorial calendar aligned with industry trends, business priorities, and global events.
Webinars & Industry Engagement
-
Build a regular calendar of webinars, roundtables, panel discussions, and industry conversations.
-
Identify and engage industry leaders, clients, partners, and subject-matter experts as speakers and guests.
-
Develop relevant topics that attract senior stakeholders across agencies, publishers, brands, AdTech companies, and the broader digital ecosystem.
-
Own the end-to-end webinar strategy—from topic development and speaker outreach to promotion, execution, and post-event engagement.
-
Repurpose webinars and industry conversations into thought-leadership and social content.
Global Events & Conferences
-
Identify relevant industry conferences and events across the US, Australia, UK, Middle East, and other strategic markets.
-
Develop the company's strategy around event participation, sponsorships, networking, speaking opportunities, and industry partnerships.

Work closely with the Sales team ahead of major events to identify target organisations, prospects, partners, and key decision-makers.
-
Help drive pre-event engagement and meeting opportunities for leadership and sales teams attending international events.
-
Coordinate event-related campaigns, communication, presentations, collateral, and follow-up activities.
-
Evaluate event effectiveness and ensure participation translates into stronger relationships, visibility, and business opportunities.
PR, Partnerships & Brand Visibility
-
Identify opportunities for leadership participation in industry publications, podcasts, interviews, panels, awards, conferences, and speaking engagements.
-
Build relationships with relevant industry associations, publications, event organisers, communities, and ecosystem partners.
-
Strengthen the external profiles of company leadership and subject-matter experts.

Align marketing initiatives with sales priorities while maintaining clear ownership of the brand and marketing function.
Marketing Leadership
-
Build and execute annual and quarterly global marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
-
Lead, mentor, and develop the internal marketing, content, and creative teams.
-
Establish clear processes, ownership, timelines, and quality standards across marketing initiatives.
-
Manage marketing budgets and external partners effectively.
-
Establish meaningful KPIs around brand visibility, thought leadership, content engagement, webinars, events, PR, and sales enablement.
-
Provide regular insights to leadership on market trends, competitor positioning, opportunities, and marketing performance.
