About the Role

Sigma Process Controls is looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Advertising Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow our brand presence, lead generation, and advertising activities.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing advertising campaigns across digital platforms, generating quality business leads, managing social media, coordinating creative content, and improving the company's overall market visibility.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising & Lead Generation

Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns for Sigma Process Controls.
Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Generate quality B2B leads for industrial products and solutions.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Develop advertising strategies for different products, industries, and target customers.

Social Media & Brand Management

Manage the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate the creation of posters, videos, product creatives, brochures, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistent branding and professional communication across all marketing channels.
Identify trending marketing opportunities relevant to the industrial sector.

Website & Digital Presence

Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and product content.
Improve lead generation through website and digital marketing activities.
Work on SEO and basic search visibility strategies.
Track website traffic, enquiries, and conversion performance.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

Work closely with the sales team to understand product priorities and target markets.
Ensure marketing-generated leads are properly tracked and followed up.
Develop campaigns targeting:
OEMs
STP / ETP / WTP Companies
EPC Contractors
Industrial End Users
Dealers and Distributors
Consultants and Project Companies
Assist in launching and promoting products such as industrial pumps, submersible pumps, Roots blowers, ring blowers, side channel blowers, and ozonators.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Track leads, conversions, advertising expenditure, and campaign performance.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Suggest new marketing strategies based on performance data.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, performance marketing, or lead generation.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
Experience with Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of SEO, website management, and analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
