1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to take complete ownership of the company's online sales and e-commerce operations across major marketplaces and digital channels.

The candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts, developing the company's D2C website, optimizing product listings, managing online advertising, controlling pricing and promotions, monitoring inventory, and improving marketplace performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Home Appliances, Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Durables, Electrical Appliances or related categories and should understand the complete e-commerce business cycle from product listing to order fulfilment and customer feedback.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. E-Commerce Business Management

Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for Home & Kitchen Appliances.
Manage online sales across:
Amazon
Flipkart
Meesho
IndiaMART / B2B portals, where applicable
Company/D2C Website
Other relevant marketplaces
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual online sales targets.
Drive revenue growth, profitability and market share.
Develop channel-wise sales plans and business strategies.
Identify new online marketplaces and sales opportunities.
Monitor competitors, pricing, product launches and promotional activities.
Prepare business forecasts and sales projections.

B. Amazon & Flipkart Account Management

Manage complete seller/vendor accounts on Amazon and Flipkart.
Maintain excellent account health and marketplace compliance.
Coordinate with marketplace account managers and support teams.
Monitor:
Sales
Orders
Conversion rate
Take ownership of online sales targets.
Develop strategies to increase:
Gross Sales
Net Sales
Average Order Value
Conversion Rate
Repeat Purchases
Identify slow-moving products and develop promotional strategies.
Introduce cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Analyze category-wise and SKU-wise performance.
Identify high-performing SKUs and increase their visibility and availability.E. Pricing & Promotion Management
Monitor competitor prices on a daily/weekly basis.
Develop competitive pricing strategies.
Manage:
Discounts
Coupons
Deals
Flash Sales
Bank Offers
Combo Offers
Festival Promotions
Marketplace Events
Ensure promotions achieve sales growth without negatively impacting profitability.
Coordinate with management before implementing major pricing changes.

F. E-Commerce Advertising & Digital Marketing

Plan, execute and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and other marketplace advertising platforms.
Coordinate with Google Ads and Meta Ads teams/agencies where applicable.
Monitor:

ACOS
TACOS
CPC
CTR
Conversion Rate
Advertising Sales
Optimize advertising budgets based on product performance.
Identify profitable keywords and search terms.
Run sponsored product, sponsored brand and display campaigns where applicable.
Develop promotional campaigns for new product launches.

G. Inventory & Order Management

Monitor inventory availability across all e-commerce channels.
Coordinate with:
Production
Purchase
Warehouse
Dispatch
Logistics
Sales
Ensure adequate stock availability for fast-moving SKUs.
Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
Prepare inventory forecasts based on sales trends.
Monitor FBA/FBF and other marketplace fulfilment requirements.
Ensure timely dispatch and order processing.

H. Returns, Cancellation & Customer Experience

Monitor customer returns, cancellations and replacement requests.
Analyze reasons for product returns.
Coordinate with Quality, Service and Production teams to reduce recurring issues.
Monitor customer ratings and reviews.
Develop strategies to improve product ratings and customer satisfaction.
Identify product-quality or packaging issues through customer feedback.
Coordinate with the customer service team for escalated complaints.

I. Product & Category Management

Study market trends in Home and Kitchen Appliances.
Identify new product opportunities and emerging categories.
Analyze competitor products, features and pricing.
Provide market feedback to Product Development and Management.
Support new product launches across e-commerce channels.
Prepare launch plans including:
Product content
Pricing
Inventory
Advertising
Promotions
Reviews
Visibility

4. Required Qualification

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
MBA in Marketing / E-Commerce / Digital Marketing will be preferred.

5. Required Experience

4–8 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce / Online Sales.
