Full job description

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced VP of Marketing to lead and scale the marketing function at The Healing Wiz. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, workshop registrations, customer acquisition, and marketing performance across paid and organic channels.

The VP of Marketing will own the marketing strategy from brand awareness and audience growth through workshop registration, working closely with the VP of Sales to ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified leads and revenue.

You will report directly to the Founder and work alongside the VP of Sales and VP of Operations and Delivery to shape the company's growth trajectory.

This is a fully remote position ideal for a strategic and data-driven marketing leader who is equally comfortable developing strategy, managing teams, analysing performance, and executing when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company revenue and workshop targets.
Build scalable customer acquisition strategies to consistently generate 900+ workshop registrations per monthly cycle.
Identify new marketing channels, audiences, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Establish clear marketing KPIs and performance standards.

Paid Marketing & Customer Acquisition

Oversee paid acquisition campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
Develop strategies to improve registrations while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.
Monitor campaign performance, budget allocation, cost per registration, conversion rates, and ROI.
Continuously test and optimise campaigns, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and messaging.
Work with internal and external marketing resources to maximise campaign performance.

Organic Brand Growth

Own the organic growth strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, audience growth, and brand authority.
Work closely with the content and creative team to develop high-performing content.
Identify trends, content opportunities, and audience insights to strengthen organic growth.
Build a strong and consistent brand presence aligned with The Healing Wiz's mission.

Funnel & Conversion Optimisation

Own the marketing side of the customer acquisition funnel from awareness through workshop registration.
Analyse the full marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Work closely with the VP of Sales to improve lead quality and downstream conversion.
Analyse campaign-to-registration and registration-to-sales performance.
Use data to make decisions on budget allocation, campaigns, channels, and messaging.

Team Leadership

Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the Marketing team, including the Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, and Video Editor.
Define roles, KPIs, targets, and performance expectations.
Recruit and onboard marketing talent as the organisation grows.
Establish a culture of accountability, experimentation, creativity, and performance.
Manage external agencies, freelancers, creators, or vendors where required.

Reporting & Business Strategy

Provide regular marketing performance reports to the Founder.

Use market and customer insights to inform business decisions.
Represent the Marketing function in leadership meetings.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

8+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Leadership.
Proven track record of building marketing engines that generate measurable business results.
Strong experience with digital marketing and paid acquisition.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimising campaigns based on ROI.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimisation.
Experience building organic brands through platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
Experience leading and managing marketing teams.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience in B2C, edtech, coaching, wellness, personal development, or similar industries is preferred.
Experience marketing high-ticket programs or services is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, creative thinking, and strategic planning skills.
Experience working with fully remote teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Alignment with The Healing Wiz's mission and an appreciation for healing, transformation, and personal development is a strong plus.

WORKING HOURS

Work Mode: Fully Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday
