Job Description – HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Location: Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Day Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and people-focused HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, selection, and joining formalities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong candidate-handling abilities, and the confidence to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Understand job requirements and prepare/source relevant candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and respective departments.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding interview feedback and candidate status.
Negotiate salary and communicate offers to selected candidates.
Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and complete required joining formalities.
Maintain and regularly update HR recruitment trackers, interview schedules, candidate databases, and employee records.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
Handle candidate queries professionally and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and share hiring updates with management.
Ensure recruitment activities are completed within defined timelines.

Recruitment Targets & Performance Expectations

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of relevant and qualified candidates.
Ensure timely scheduling of interviews against open positions.
Focus on quality profiles, interview conversions, selections, and successful joinings.
Maintain proper follow-up with shortlisted and selected candidates to minimize dropouts.
Performance will be evaluated based on sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, selection, joining ratio, and overall recruitment productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
Prior experience in recruitment/HR will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and a keen interest in recruitment may also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
